If you are a domestic US customer, please ignore this. Shipping is still free and all items will be shipped via USPS First Class Package (typically 3-7 business days).
To our friends up north in Canada, shipping will continue to be $13 flat rate and all items will be shipped via USPS First Class International Package (typically 5-20 business days). Please expect delays of up to 2 months.
Finally, to all our other international customers, unfortunately international shipping still presents a significant challenge due to the lack of international flights . We have also encountered instances of packages not being delivered after 3 months or more. In these cases, we have to refund the buyer. Unfortunately this model is unsustainable, so effective today, we are discontinuing using USPS First Class International Package. Instead, we will use more reliable, albeit more costly shipping methods. For certain countries, Priority Mail International will be available for $35 flat rate. For all other countries, UPS will be available at $50 flat rate. We understand that it seems ridiculous that the price of shipping is nearly the same cost as our pickups themselves, but we have no other options at this point.
