If you are a domestic US customer, please ignore this. Shipping is still free for all orders $35 and over. All items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (typically 3-7 business days).

To our friends up north in Canada, shipping will continue to be $20 flat rate and all items will be shipped via USPS First Class International Package (typically 5-20 business days). Your package will most likely be handled by Canada Post, and you may need to pay import taxes directly to customs to receive your package. Please expect delays of up to 2 months in the worst case scenario.

To our friends down south in Mexico, shipping is $50 via UPS Ground. In addition, you may need to pay import taxes to either UPS or your customs authorities to receive your package.

For customers in Australia and New Zealand, shipping is $40 flat rate and all items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (typically 3-10 business days). You may need to pay import taxes directly to your country’s customs authorities to receive your package. Please expect delays of up to 3 months in the worst case scenario.

Finally, to all our other international customers, including UK and EU customers, please visit our international Reverb storefront instead to make your purchase. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail International (typically 3-10 business days). For UK and EU customers, Reverb will automatically handle VAT for you. For all other customers, you may need to pay import taxes directly to your country’s customs authorities to receive your package.
